How to Save From ACL through Volkl Skis and Marker Bindings
The new Volkl Mantra is one of the best gadgets used for the skiing and definitely, the solid skiers like this the most. This volkl skis is the best while skiing on the deed snow and provides some of the best feelings as its race is going on. If one wants to experience the true powder ski then they should buy these skis, as it is capable of handling any kind of snow condition. Similarly, the marker bindings remove the strains and tears from the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL), which is quite essential definitely.
Just have a look at some of the features. The side cut is around 133/96/116 and the radius is around 177cms. The volkl skis are made out of the sensor wood core and are known for the power construction. Keep in mind that the titanium powers this one.
We all know that skiing can be dangerous and hence strains and tears to the anterior cruciate ligament can be a big problem for the skier. Around 70000 skiers are injured every year in this format. Help me decide on a new pair of skis?
I am looking for a new pair of skis- a 2009-2010 model since they are all going on sale now. I ski mostly in the trees and in powder on blacks, but when conditions aren't great I spend at least half my time on groomers. I ski double blacks, but I don't spend a lot of time on them. I've narrowed my choices down to the Volkl Mantra, K2 SideStash, Rossignol Phantom, and Fischer Big Heat RX. Right now I am leaning towards the Fischer because I found it new for $379 (reg. $1340); however, all of them are on good sales. The only one I've had a chance to try is the Phantoms and I can't find the Big Heats anywhere to demo. Something that can bust through crud while still being good in powder and on groomers is what I need.
whatever you do, do not buy volkl's! their two best engineers switched over to another ski company about two years ago and the ski's are now being designed and made in china. my dad has a pair of volkl's and he recently ripped the bindings off while skiing in new york state. he has been skiing for 40 years and has never seen, heard of had this happen. the binding locking system is a poor design.the bindings sit in a track and are not screwed down but locked in by one screw and if this screw moves or loosens at all, your bindings will rip off. the ski's were only 2 years old also and he mainly ski's powder and some groomed.
