A Place to Get Immerged in Nature and History? Cadore!
Among the touristic mountain destinations in Italy, Cadore is no doubt one of the most renowned and beloved: many people choose a hotel in San Vito in Cadore for their holidays, thus getting into the atmosphere filled with history and nature that characterizes the whole area.
Nature obviously shows off with the marvellous Dolomites, so called for their geological conformation, in which Dolostone or Dolomite rock is predominant, a sedimentary carbonate rock so called after Déodat Dolomie, who observed it in 1791 and revealed its characteristics. For you holidays on the Dolomites, the apartments in Cadore will offer you a base to rest after the numerous excursions that you can do during your day, in the woods or in the nice towns in the mountains that offer to the tourists typical objects and dishes of the place.
History, instead, tells us about the facts happened in a frontier area like Cadore, which borders with Austria, Trentino and Friuli Venezia Giulia: with some excursions on the Dolomites you'll be able to see the places where during the Risorgimento many battles have been fought for the independence from the Austro-Hungarian Empire, thus making the Cadore area enter into the Italian territory. During the First World War as well Cadore was a hot area: the trenches used by the armies are still visible, together with the shrines dedicated to the memory of the fallen soldiers; these are suggestive places immerged in an atmosphere in which the peace, now, amplifies their beauty.
Hence, Cadore reveals itself as an interesting destination not only during the winter holidays, during which, anyway, it offers to the winter sports lovers wonderful chances to practice ski, snowboard and other disciplines on the snow, but also during the summertime: it refreshes you from the hot summer days, and its landscapes are unmissable during the whole year, either covered with a snow blanket or enlightened with the summer sun. The mountains during the summertime are made for walks and relax, to breathe fresh and pure air and regenerate far from the stress of the city, with no occupation but the walks through the woods or in the town.
Nature rules all year long, and is the main protagonist in every day out: breathtaking landscapes of Cadore fill the eyes of all those who choose it as their holidays destination and are, after all, the reason why they choose it. The various activities gravitate around nature, and beat the rhythm of the year by following the rhythms of nature, and following these rhythms the lovers of the various disciplines arrive in Cadore: skiers during the winter, walks and trekking lovers during the spring and the summer, mushrooms lovers in autumn.
In conclusion, there's enough for everyone: Cadore attracts everyone for its nature, for its history, for the sun, for the snow and, at the basis of all this, there's a beauty unique in the world.

Snowboard goggle color combination?
I need advise on a color for my spy soldier's. I have a white helmet, greande zebra white/multi colored jacket, yellow pants, multi board, and black and white boots/bindings.
Thats one hell of a getup. Plain black or some kind of black and white...
