When to line up at Best Buy for Black Friday sale?
I am eyeing an Xbox 360 bundle from Best Buy for their Black Friday sale event. Rumor has it that they are selling an elite version with 6 games included for $300. My question is when would be the best time to line up to take advantage of this offer? Thanks for reading!
Every single year I drive by Best Buy on my way home on Thanksgiving and there is a HUGE line by 10 pm. Last year I drove by at 3 am on Black Friday and the line was literally a half mile down the street. I kid you not. For an Xbox bundle, I'd camp out all night starting at 7 or 8 pm. And judging by the Best Buy by me, you'd still be lucky to get one. Even with the thousands of people that flock to Best Buy every Black Friday, they won't have more than 8 or 10 Xbox bundles at the absolute maximum. Most likely they will have 4 or 5. And most of the first 200 people are all lining up to get one. You do the math. If it were me, I'd get in line now.
